Damaged Items During Shipping

  • If your package is damaged during shipping, we will cover it through our shipping insurance.

  • To process a claim, please provide us with clear photos of the damaged package and its contents within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once we receive the photos and verify the damage, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
